Circle of Ten

The Circle of Ten is an association with ten elite magicians who support the Divine Empress Perlina , the ruler of the nation 'Sanctus'. Each member of the Circle of Ten designates their own successor. In the event that a successor is not named, gypsies throughout Sanctus have the opportunity to compete for a seat.

Many of the members are named after gemstones: Sapphire/Quartz, Diamond, Lapis, Ruby (previously Aquamarine), Pearl, Opal, Alexandrite. However, this may be due to the English translation, as there are inconsistencies. For instance, in Ruby's voice file, Diamond and Lapis are spoken as Primrose and Gardenia. Some of the members are also named after plants: Primrose, Ashtree, and Sea Rose.

It is speculated that former members have to relinquish their gemstone/plant sobriquet, as Audrey and Chloe have less ornate names.

Current Members[]

• The 'captain' of the Circle of Ten is unknown. She is only mentioned in Fairy Master Sapphire's voice. 
• Fairy Master Sapphire is one of the Circle of Ten. In return of making a vow of purity for life, she has received the power to control lots of pixies that exist everywhere in the world.
• Unforgiving Diamond is one of the Circle of Ten who chases fugitives. Her magic allows her to control light.
• Dashing Ruby is a child genius who mastered one thousand spells. On behalf of her retired teacher (Sorcery Librarian Chloe), she became one of the Circle of Ten. She has an out of control desire to learn.
• Explosive Flame Lapis is a member of the Circle of Ten, mentioned in Dashing Ruby's voice, and in her description. She controls fire.
• Opal the Tactician was confirmed as a Circle of Ten member in the "Halloween Event" Intro. She states "I am the strategist for the Circle of Ten".
• Resplendent Pearl is mentioned as being a member of the Circle of Ten by Middin the Miserable in the Sanctus Storyline.
• Azure Sea Rose is a member of the Circle of Ten who uses water magic.
• Enchanted Alexandrites is a member of the Circle of Ten who uses mesmer skills.
• Lightning Strike Ashtree is a member of the Circle of Ten who prefers to work alone and uses thunder magic.

Former Members[]

• Sorcery Librarian Chloe used to be the head of the Circle of Ten. She currently lives in the lowest floor of an ancient library, deciphering the world's secrets by reading the ancient writings. 
• High Witch Audrey is a former member of the Circle of Ten. She was driven out from Sanctus because she studied forbidden magic. She has a deep hatred for the Divine Empress and has made a vow to have her revenge.
